Welcome to the Ropes FFA. Ropes is a small 1A school located in the Texas Panhandle. We are located in the south east corner of Hockley county and are approximately 15 miles southwest of Lubbock. The Ropes FFA takes pride in helping students develop premier leadership, personal growth and career sucess. We have approximately 85 out of the roughly 95 high school students as members of the FFA. Students compete in various activities which include Livestock shows,Leadership Contests as well as Career Development Contests. We also have a very strong and active Jr. FFA program for students in the 3rd thru 8th grades. The Ropes FFA is in the Lubbock District in the Area I FFA Association.
